Susan Baker
Susan Baker is a member of Trillium Asset Management's
Shareholder Advocacy and Corporate Engagement group specializing in the
intersection of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance and
shareholder value creation. Her advocacy work includes direct
communication with company leadership, shareholder proposals, and public policy
advocacy on issues such as sustainable sourcing, toxics reduction,
environmental health impacts, and board and workplace diversity. Ms. Baker
has over 20 years' experience in the investment industry. She began her career
at the Harvard Management Company and later joined Trillium. In
addition to being a shareholder advocate, she has held positions as an
investment manager and equity research analyst. She currently serves on the
Board of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility and is Board
Treasurer of Pesticide Action Network, North America.

Rinaldo Brutoco JD
Rinaldo Brutoco, JD, is the President of the World Business Academy, a nonprofit think tank which he founded in 1986 to educate, inspire, and assist business leaders to take responsibility for the whole of society. The Academy is a preeminent publisher of new paradigm business literature. Mr. Brutoco was a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of the nation's first pay cable television operation, CHANNEL 100. He was also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of one of the first companies to offer over-the-air television transmissions of major motion pictures, Universal Subscription Television. Mr. Brutoco is the Principal and CEO of the ShangriLa Group, a consulting firm and commercial group of companies with investments in various enterprises. He consults on the leading edge of business, renewable energy, international micro and macro-economics, technology, and finance, among other things.

Janet Jankura
Janet
Jankura has spent 15+ years as a director of six public and private
organizations in strategic planning, risk management and CEO succession. Skilled at aligning corporate initiatives
with human capital strategy, she was recruited to serve as Board Director,
Compensation Committee Chair and Audit Committee member of Green Earth
Technologies. Prior to her career as a professional director, Ms. Jankura
had a 15-year executive career. She is the former Chief Human Resource
Officer for a unit of Rockwell Automation, a $5B industrial automation and
information solutions company in 84 countries. With Chief Executive
Officer background, Ms. Jankura drove operational leadership as a United States
Marine Corps Officer, responsible for an 11,000-person global command. Ms.
Jankura is a professional speaker and faculty for the National Association of
Corporate Directors.

Michael Liebreich
Michael
Liebreich is Chief Executive of Bloomberg New Energy Finance, a provider of
research for decision-makers in the clean energy, water, carbon, and power
markets. He founded the company in 2004 and acted as Chairman and Chief
Executive until its acquisition by Bloomberg in 2009. Prior to founding New
Energy Finance, Mr. Leibreich was an entrepreneur, venture capitalist and media
executive. He is a member of the UN Secretary General's High Level Advisory
Group on Sustainable Energy for All, the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda
Council on the New Energy Architecture, and Accenture's Global Energy Board. Mr.
Leibreich is a member of the selection panel for the World Economic Forum
Technology Pioneers and chairman of the selection committee for the Bloomberg
New Energy Pioneers. He acts as visiting professor at London's Imperial College
Energy Futures Lab.

Mel Miller CFA
Mel Miller, CFA serves as Chief Economist and a member of the investment
committee of First Affirmative Financial Network. Prior to joining First Affirmative he was
Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Heartland Financial USA,
Inc. His primary responsibilities
included the investment portfolios, asset/liability management, and funding
issues of Heartland member banks. Mr. Miller headed the economic research and
forecasting functions for all of Heartland Financial. He also participated in
establishing the strategic asset allocation for Wealth Management clients. He
initiated the establishment of social responsibility investment services
shortly after joining Dubuque Bank & Trust (DB&T) in 1984. Prior to
joining DB&T, Mr. Miller taught at the college level in the areas of
investments and portfolio management, and was chair of the department of
Accounting and Business at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.

Tim Smith
Tim Smith serves as Senior Vice President, Director of ESG
Shareowner Engagement at Walden Asset Management. He leads Walden's ongoing shareholder
engagement program to promote greater corporate leadership on ESG issues, and
contributes to research of existing and potential securities relative to ESG
factors. Previously, Mr. Smith served as
executive director of the Interfaith
Center on Corporate
Responsibility (ICCR) for 24 years. ICCR
coordinates corporate responsibility programs for 275 institutional investors
committed to using shareholder advocacy to influence corporate conduct and
promote social justice. In 2007, Mr. Smith was named as one of the "Top 100
Most Influential People in Business Ethics" by Ethisphere Institute. In 2010, Mr. Smith received the Bavaria Award
for Impact. In 2011, he was named one of
the most influential people in corporate governance and the boardroom by the
National Association of Corporate Directors.
