Chief Executive Officer, First Affirmative Financial Network, LLC
George Gay is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of First Affirmative Financial Network, LLC, an independent Registered Investment Advisor that offers Sustainable Investment Solutions™ for socially conscious individual and institutional investors. He is a member of First Affirmative’s Investment Committee, and has hosted the annual SRI Conference on Sustainable, Responsible, Impact Investing since its inception in 1990. He served as a Director of the US SIF, the Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investing (formerly the Social Investment Forum) for over a dozen years, and was the recipient of the SRI Service Award in 1997.
Mr. Gay joined the company that became First Affirmative Financial Network as a financial planner in 1986. He assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer in 1989 and managed the sale of the company to Walnut Street Securities, Inc., in 1995. He served as President of the First Affirmative division of Walnut Street Advisers and as Vice President of Walnut Street Advisers (1995–1999), and became First Affirmative’s CEO in mid-1999 when the company again became independent.

Steve Schueth is President, Chief Marketing Officer, and Managing Member of First Affirmative Financial Network, LLC, an independent Registered Investment Advisor that offers Sustainable Investment Solutions™ for socially conscious individual and institutional investors.
For more nearly 25 years, Mr. Schueth has been a nationally recognized authority, consultant, and resource to the responsible investment industry. He served as a Director of the US SIF, the Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investing (formerly the Social Investment Forum) from 1992 to 2002—seven of those years as Chair and President of the organization. He was with Calvert from 1989 to 1997 where he led a product development group that created the first global socially screened mutual fund in the U.S., and was intimately involved in launching four other new Calvert funds designed for socially conscious investors. As President of Calvert Distributors from 1994 to 1997, Mr. Schueth ran Calvert’s sales organization and was responsible for the company’s relationships with over 2,000 broker-dealer firms. In 1998, he was awarded the SRI Service Award by his industry colleagues.
Conference Coordinator, The SRI Conference
Krystala Kalil is the Conference Coordinator of The SRI Conference on Sustainable, Responsible, Impact Investing. She joined the conference production team in 2004. She has an extensive background in conference planning, choosing to work with conferences that reflect her core values. Just prior to The SRI Conference, Ms. Kalil was the Sponsor and Media Liaison for the International Conference on Science and Consciousness, and the International Conference on Business and Consciousness. She has been an educator, psychotherapist, project manager and sculptor.

Elizabeth Anthony is President and CEO of E. Anthony Meetings and Events, Inc., founded in 1985, based in Denver, Colorado. She has been the meeting manager for The SRI Conference on Sustainable, Responsible, Impact Investing since 2008. In true entrepreneurial fashion, Ms.Anthony has long employed a strategic approach to management for every meeting, coupled with unwavering standards of excellence and a genuine passion for sustainability. Ms. Anthony also currently serves as Executive Director for the Economic Club of Colorado, the leading forum in the Rocky Mountain West for prominent business and thought leaders who convene to betterunderstand, explore and shape together the key issues of the day.
